As the underlying technology of Web AppBuilder retires, Web AppBuilder will also retire in ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, and the ArcGIS Developer subscription. Web AppBuilder leverages Esri's legacy ArcGIS API for Javascript (3.x), which will be retired in July 2024.
ArcGIS Web AppBuilder in ArcGIS Online will be retired in the fourth quarter of 2025.
